SALP — South Asian Law Portal is a digital software service delivered entirely online. There are no physical products, and therefore no physical shipping, shipping fees, or delivery addresses. This policy explains how you receive access to the Service.
1. What you receive
A subscription gives you access to the SALP platform through our website and mobile applications, according to the plan you purchased. Access is "delivered" electronically to your registered account — nothing is posted or couriered.
2. Delivery method and timing
2.1 Account access: features are activated on your account automatically once your payment is confirmed, typically immediately and in most cases within a few minutes.
2.2 Confirmation: we send a confirmation and receipt to the email address on your account.
2.3 No shipping charges: because the Service is digital, there are no delivery or handling fees.
3. Accessing the Service
You can access SALP from any supported modern web browser at your account URL, or via the SALP mobile app. You are responsible for having a compatible device and a working internet connection.
4. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimise disruption where practical.
5. Support
Our support team is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PKT (Pakistan Standard Time). If you complete a purchase but cannot access a feature, please:
(a) sign out and back in, and confirm your subscription in Settings → Billing;
(b) if the issue persists, email support@salp.co with your account email and a description of the problem.
We will help restore access as quickly as possible.
6. Availability by region
SALP is offered primarily to users in Pakistan and the wider South Asian region. Some features or content may vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Service is permitted in your location.
7. Refunds and cancellations
For cancellations and refunds of digital subscriptions, see our Return & Refund Policy.
